Best roasting pan I've encountered in years. Very sturdy, beautiful design. Heavyweight makes it perfect to take baking fond and sauce it on top burner.

I purchased this specifically to hold my 7 rib prime rib roast for Christmas last year. I didn't want to cut a $200 roast to fit it into the pan! The roast fit into the pan on a slight diagonal. I have since also used it for a 9 pound ham - plenty of room to spare. It is very well-built and clean up was a breeze with the non-stick coating. Even if I only use it once or twice a year, it was well worth the money. Our family decided it will be the designated prime rib roasting pan and we'll pass it around depending on whose turn it is to cook Thanksgiving or Christmas Dinner. You might want to measure the inside of your oven to make sure it will fit - we have a standard size oven and it fit fine.

This pan is just what I needed for my 30 lb. Thanksgiving turkey and my 7 rib standing rib roast! Room to spare in both cases. ...and it's so easy to clean up! A bit large for the sink, but still easy.
